The Cottage is adjacent to the main Centre but independent from it with its own front and rear entrances.

There is a small dining kitchen with adjustable hob and sink, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the ground floor is a lounge and a wheel in toilet with Closomat toilet.

From the lounge a wheel chair lift accesses the first floor. On the first floor there are three twin bedrooms, one with electric profiling bed with memory foam matress. There is a wheel-in shower room and toilet.

Parking is within 10 metres.
