Booking

Booking is easy but we prefer to discuss your needs with you. Bookings are from Monday to Friday and Friday to Sunday/Monday. Our usual change over days are Mondays and Fridays. At other times the Centre is not staffed.

Once we have agreed the dates they will be reserved for you for two weeks. During this time please complete a Booking Form and return it to the Beamsley Project. We can send you a Booking Form or you can download a copy.

We do not take deposits. Visitors to the Centre receive an invoice after their stay. Visitors to the Cottage receive an invoice prior to their visit and the full cost of the stay is due 6 weeks before the arrival date.

Although the Beamsley Project is an independent charity the building is still owned by the Methodist Church. As a result, we are sorry but it is not possible to have alcohol on the site.
