The Centre can accommodate up to 24 people in eight bedrooms. Six of the bedrooms are on the ground floor level and have washbasins. Four of these rooms sleep two people and two are four bedded rooms. Two of the rooms also have electrically adjusted beds. Bed rails can be fitted to many of the beds. Two bedrooms are reached by a lift to the first floor and these have en-suite shower rooms.

Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with overhead hoist, wash 'n' dry toilet and changing table. A mobile hoist is provided for use around the Centre. In addition there are two wheelchair accessible shower rooms. The bathroom and shower rooms have toilets and there are two further accessible toilets.

A large lift provides access to the first floor. Here is the spacious Langbar Hall, which is ideal for visitors to relax and for recreation. It has a loop system and evacuation chairs. We have a wide range of toys, games and play equipment. Visitors can play table tennis, pool, indoor hockey, floor basketball, skittles. There is also a piano, key board and CD player for musical relaxation. Many visitors simply enjoy watching television or videos.

The Centre is self-catering and there is a large well-equipped dining room with height adjustable sink and hobs. We have a spacious dining room adjacent to the kitchen. There is a coin operated telephone.

Even Beamsley gets some wet weather but we have a drying room and laundry with commercial washing machine and tumble dryer. Although we are self-catering we can put visitors in touch with a local caterer who provides excellent home cooked meals at a very reasonable price.

The Trustees of the Beamsley Project have a policy of keeping costs as low as possible. There has not been a price increase since the Centre opened in 1996. Prices for the Centre are as follows:

There is a minimum group size of 12 people.
